On April 28, 2026, from 18:06 to 18:33 UTC, the Tuvis platform experienced partial service degradation affecting new service deployments due to an AWS load balancer configuration limit. Service was fully restored within 27 minutes, and all existing user sessions, active connections, and customer data were unaffected.
This incident has been resolved.
